Angler of the Week

DANIEL, WINNER AND MANDY, RUNNER UP FROM SUNDAY

Well the weather did it right at last for the weekend.

Monday, Alwyn and Scott, Maltese Mick and Frank had a top day.
Scott scored a top eastern blue flathead and Alwyn scored some good snapper and morwong.
Maltese Mick had a standout with morwong, snapper and pig fish.

Friday, the swat team were joined by Steve and mate, Amanda and partner from Sydney and the snapper-a-thon started.
One and all scored some top snapper as well as morwong and pig fish as usual.
The lady on board, Amanda, king hit everyone with the biggest snapper closely followed by the "Fatty Vautin Look a Like" from the swat team.

Saturday, Alex's crew continued the snapper-a-thon all day.
The standout was Tam (who believe it or not, has a brother Tim!) who caught the biggest snapper and Alex collecting the most, with a spattering of morwong and pig fish.

Sunday, Tom bought along some fellow Kiama Rugby mates as well as as wives and girlfriends, mums and dads.
Mandy held the pot for biggest fish with a 42cm snapper, then 1 hour from stumps, Daniel upstaged her with a 46cm morwong to scoop the pool.
All in all Tom's gang scored 30 morwong, 18 snapper, several pig fish, flathead and a couple of seal hook ups.
Great crews, great fishing and top weather. ( I've died and gone to heaven)

The Whale Watching is going well, with Saturday's whales putting on a spectacular aerial display.
Sunday, the whales weren't as active with only a couple of tail slaps.
Still, we have seen whales every trip.

Saturday, 4th JULY is now open for fishing due to a cancellation.

We are Whale Watching every Saturday and Sunday until further notice from 2.30pm.
Midweek by demand.

We also have mid week fishing available.

To enquire or book for either, call 0423 251 603

Listen to 96.5 Wave FM Saturday and Sunday 6.15am for weekend fishing reports.

Until next week,
